At BetterMe Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't help you reach your goals, you can return it within 30 days. All items must be in original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective liners are intact to qualify for a return.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the quality of your returned gear, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
